My new favorite tea store

Oh my goodness, I just received my order of the Silver Needle White Tea and the Rose Oolong, and they are absolutely incredible! The aroma when I opened the packages was divine, and the taste is even better. So smooth and delicate. I'm already planning my next order, I want to try everything! You really get what you pay for with Teavon. I'm telling all my friends about this amazing tea!

Detailed feedback for my Teavon order

I placed an order for the Nilgiri Black Tea, a set of Loose Leaf Pouches, and the Turmeric Ginger Tea. The ordering process on the website was straightforward; I found what I wanted quickly and checkout was smooth. Delivery took 8 calendar days to reach my location in Florida, which was within the estimated window provided. All items were well-packaged, especially the tea pouches which had a good seal, preserving freshness. The Nilgiri Black Tea has a robust flavor profile, exactly what I expected, and the Turmeric Ginger Tea is very soothing. The loose leaf pouches are practical for storage. My only minor suggestion would be for slightly more frequent shipping updates. Otherwise, the quality of the teas is excellent, comparable to some higher-end brands I've tried, and I appreciate the direct sourcing mentioned on their site.

Consistently good quality and service

This was my third order from Teavon, and as always, it didn't disappoint. I've previously tried their Assam CTC Tea and the Peppermint Tea, and this time I went for the English Breakfast Tea. The quality is consistently high across all their offerings; you can really taste the freshness. The packaging is always robust, and the delivery to my address in Texas usually takes about a week, which is reliable. It's why I keep coming back, knowing I'll get a quality product without any fuss. Good value too.

Good tea, some delivery issues

I ordered the Darjeeling First Flush and a Glass Teapot. The tea itself is quite good, very fresh and aromatic, much better than anything I've found locally. The teapot is also sturdy and well-designed. However, the delivery took a bit longer than expected, about 9 days to reach me in California, and the tracking information wasn't always up-to-date. The packaging for the tea was secure, but the teapot box looked a little dinged up, though the product inside was fine. Overall, a solid purchase, but they could improve on shipping speed and tracking transparency.

Pretty decent tea experience

So I tried Teavon for the first time, grabbed some Immunity Booster Tea and a Tea Sampler Box. The sampler was cool, got to try a bunch of different stuff without committing. The Immunity tea tasted good, not too strong. Shipping was okay, got here in about a week. The website was easy to navigate which was nice. I'd probably buy from them again, it was a pretty chill shopping experience overall.
